Northern Lights Tour to Lake Inari by Boat with BBQ Dinner

Overview

Join this amazing boat tour to Ivalo River and Lake Inari with local guide. Visit Aurora island for BBQ by open fire in lappish teepee. Tour starts from the harbour of Koppelo, about 10 km from Ivalo village. Your guide is experienced captain of the 9 meters long boat. There is heated cabin in the boat. After safety instructions boat tour will start to the island where your guide and his wifi are living. There you will get glimpse of authentic lappish lifestyle. We will enjoy Lappish BBQ, traditional sausages, reindeer sausages, warm "Rieska" ( finnish flatbread ), homemade potato salad and blueberry pie. As the evening will get darker, there is also possibility to see the Northern lights. After dinner we will continue boat tour to Lake Inari. You can explore huge open sky and the amazing lake also in the outside deck. There you will hear stories about the lake and the Northern lights. Captain will drive you back to the harbour of Koppelo by midnight.
