Overview

This night skiing tour takes you into the Arctic wilderness after dark, when the landscapes of Ylläs become completely silent and transformed. Under the night sky, you ski through forests and across a frozen lake, far from any artificial lights or crowds. With only the sound of your skis on snow, the experience feels calm, immersive, and almost surreal. Depending on conditions, the night sky may reveal stars or even the Northern Lights, adding a unique atmosphere to the journey. Midway through the tour, we take a break in a traditional kota, where we light a fire, warm up, and enjoy a hot drink in the middle of the forest.
