Morning Heat Sauna and Brunch at Suma Sauna and Lounge, Rovaniemi

Overview

Morning Heat is more than a traditional sauna visit or a conventional brunch. It brings together three distinctly different saunas, Arctic nature, hot and cold bathing, and northern-inspired food in one relaxed riverside experience. Few experiences allow you to move from the heat of a wood-burning sauna to the refreshing waters of the Kemijoki River, warm up in an outdoor pool and then enjoy a carefully prepared brunch – all within the same two-hour visit. With panoramic river views, personal hosting and a dining experience designed around the rhythm of Finnish sauna culture, Morning Heat offers an unhurried and memorable way to begin your day in Rovaniemi.
